Julie, who joined the firm in 2011, is excited about Human Resources and the essential and ever-changing role this function plays in all organizations. She offers realistic and practical solutions through coaching, empowering team members, and caring about each person.

Julie has a passion for Human Resources Management and partners with business owners, C-suite executives, managers, directors, and other professionals to provide a wide range of consulting services. These services include auditing current and desired HR practices, identifying areas of risk and opportunity, and developing, implementing, and offering ongoing support for effective employment policies and practices.

Whether she is creating employment policies, conducting training sessions, or providing one-on-one consulting, Julie takes pride in simplifying employment issues for business managers who lack the time, desire, or expertise to address and resolve HR challenges on their own. She quickly partners with clients to identify HR issues and needs, offering realistic and practical solutions. Julie coaches clients through sensitive employee relation issues, empowering managers while caring about what is best for each organization and its unique HR objectives.

In her personal life, Julie is married to Ben, and they have four children and a family dog. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her family, such as golfing, hiking, and camping. She also loves attending sporting events and relaxing with a good book.
