The Cain Ellsworth legacy began in 1968 when Kevin’s father, John Cain, founded the firm. Kevin served as the firm’s managing partner from May 1999 through April 2021. Although Kevin is retired, he still finds time to assist our clients with business and transaction consulting, income tax planning, and income tax preparation services.

Abby is passionate about the insurance industry. She joined Cain Ellsworth in 2001 and has worked with insurance companies ever since. Her days are spent helping our clients find effective solutions to solve their business issues. Abby’s expertise and focus include assurance, regulatory, tax compliance, and business consulting services.
Partner, Director of Business Development
Stacie is a partner and member of the firm’s leadership team. She leads our business development and marketing efforts and supervises the small business services team. Stacie is passionate about certified public accountants’ role and mission to help clients grow, prosper, and profit.

A recovering auditor and director of Growth & Profit Solutions, Matt supports business leaders as they implement change in their organizations. Using his unique gifts and talents, Matt helps leaders assess where they are now, where they want to be in the future, and how they can get there. More importantly, he provides coaching and accountability to ensure real changes occur.

Shane knows and understands community banking and manufacturing. Starting as an intern in 1998, he leads our bank and tax teams today. He has concentrated expertise working with farmers, financial institutions, and closely held businesses, providing income tax, assurance, and business consulting services.

Kyle’s diverse background in public and private accounting makes him a key resource for our client’s accounting and assurance needs. He also manages our audit team.
