Your Role as a Marketing Coordinator
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:
- Social Media Management: Coordinate and manage content across social media platforms. Implement strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Website Management: Collaborate with designers to maintain the company website. Ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with performance metrics and brand goals.
- Database Management: Organize, maintain, and update CRM systems to ensure accurate records. Leverage data to optimize audience targeting and support brand growth.
- Event Organization: Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of promotional events such as conventions, conferences, sponsorships, and recruiting events to enhance brand visibility.
- Marketing Material Design: Partner with designers and content creators to develop compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, videos, and digital content.
- Email Marketing & Mailers: Assist with the development and distribution of email campaigns and mailers, ensuring accurate messaging and effective audience targeting.
- Marketing Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for brand expansion. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s goals. Provide insights and recommendations through data analysis on market trends.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for marketing, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating communications.
Is this You?
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business
- Experience: 1-2 year os prior marketing experience
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of brand management and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with office tools such as Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and basic design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and innovation.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organization skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Strong commitment to ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
